## About this tender

Voorwerp van de opdracht is het ontwerp, productie, installatie, opvolging en afbouw van de scenografie voor de tentoonstelling. De tentoonstelling loopt van 09.10.2027 tot 16.01.2027. De tentoonstelling start in de introductieruimte en gaat verder in zalen I tem XI. Zie grondplan, bijlage 6. De opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor volgende zaken in het kader van de scenografie tentoonstelling “Rubens en de wereld”: 1. conceptontwikkeling + studie + ontwerp 2. productie/ontwikkeling + controle op de productie 3. opbouw en installatie 4. opvolging tijdens looptijd tentoonstelling 5. afbouw (inclusief eventuele afvoer materiaal) Volgende zaken maken eveneens deel uit van de opdracht: - concept en ontwerp scenografie en beleving tentoonstelling - studie, ontwerp en uitvoering tentoonstellingsmeubilair (wanden, vitrines, sokkels, (zit)meubilair, multimedia, afstandshouders, …) + eventuele elementen beleving - grafisch ontwerp tekst op zaal + uitvoering - ontwikkeling, productie en installatie (interactieve) AV/MM toepassingen (inclusief ontwikkelen eventuele software) Ontwerp en uitvoering belichting maakt geen deel uit van deze opdracht, hiervoor dient er te worden samengewerkt met de door het KMSKA aangeduide opdrachtnemer raamovereenkomst licht. Uitvoering schilderwerken maakt geen deel uit van de opdracht. Deze worden uitgevoerd onder de raamovereenkomst schilderwerken.
