Доставките на стоките, предмет на позициите, следва да бъдат извършвани до посочени административни адреси на територията на гр. Пловдив, след предварителни писмени заявки, подавани от структурните звена на Възложителя до изпълнителя. Условията, при които ще се реализира предметът на поръчката, както правата и задълженията на Възложителя и на изпълнителя са съгласно Проекта на договор, Техническата спецификация, Техническото и Ценовото предложения на изпълнителя за съответната позиция.
