Αντικείμενο της παρούσας είναι η προμήθεια και τοποθέτηση προκατασκευασμένων οικίσκων κτιρίου Διοίκησης και φιλοξενίας αδέσποτων ζώων συντροφιάς χωρητικότητας 40 ζώων σε συγκεκριμένο χώρο (οικόπεδο) στο Δήμο Ανατολικής Σάμου, η προμήθεια εξοπλισμού του κτιρίου διοίκησης καθώς και η προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση ηλιακών φωτιστικών. και μεταλλικής περίφραξης περιμετρικά των οικίσκων. Δεδομένης της χρονικής και χωρικής αλληλοεπικάλυψης των προμηθειών και των εργασιών, του τόπου υλοποίησης της σύμβασης και της ειδικότητας του αντικειμένου της και με σκοπό την διασφάλιση της ταχύτητας στην υλοποίηση, την ομοιομορφία στις διαδικασίες τα μέσα και στους κανόνες χρήσης, συντήρησης και διατήρησης καθώς και την διευκόλυνση της παρακολούθησης και της επίβλεψης της υλοποίησής της, ώστε να επιτευχθεί στον βέλτιστο βαθμό η οικονομικότητα και η επιτελεστικότητα της επένδυσης η σύμβαση κρίθηκε ωφελιμότερο να μην υποδιαιρεθεί σε τμήματα.
