## About this tender

Das Projekt beinhaltet die Lieferung, Verlegung und Montage der Fernwärme Haupt- und Verteilleitung (Niedertemperatur) inkl. der Fernwärme-Netzanschlüsse im Gebiet Rossfeld in Bern. Dabei handelt es sich um ca. 2'700 Trassee-Meter Hauptverteilleitung gemäss dem Leistungsverzeichnis. Es werden ca. 45 Hausanschlüsse an das Fernwärmenetz angeschlossen. Es werden Leitungsdimensionen bis DN200 verwendet mit Dämmstärken 3. Die Auslegungstemperatur beträgt 110 °C und die Betriebstemperatur 90 °C. Die Rohrleitungsarbeiten enden nach dem der Bypass hausintern gesetzt wurde. Der Projektperimeter, in welchem die neue Fernwärmeleitungen erstellt werden, enthält folgende Gebiete: \* Viererfeld \* Studerstrasse von Kreuzung mit Reichenbachstrasse bis Studerstrasse 44 \* Reichenbachstrasse \* Rossfeldstrasse \* Aster, Primel-, Tulpen-, Granat- und Dahliaweg Im gesamten aufgeführten Projektperimeter werden diverse Netzanschlüsse für Fernwärme (jeweils bis und mit Hauseintritt) erstellt. Im gesamten Perimeter sind zudem diverse weitere Werkleitungssanierungen an verschiedenen Medien sowie Ersatzmassnahmen an den Strassenkörpern geplant.
