[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Σκοπός του παρόντος Διαγωνισμού είναι η ανάδειξη παρόχου, για την παροχή υπηρεσιών προγράμματος «Ομαδικής Ασφάλισης Ζωής & Υγείας του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού της ΕΤΑΔ Α.Ε.» (συμπεριλαμβανομένων και των μη εκτελεστικών μελών του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, και των δικηγόρων με πάγια αντιμισθία) με τη δυνατότητα παροχής υπηρεσιών προγράμματος ομαδικής ασφάλισης μονίμων και ορισμένου χρόνου εργαζομένων, και των εξαρτώμενων μελών (συζύγων και τέκνων αυτών μέχρι 18 ετών ή μέχρι 24 ετών εφόσον συνεχίζουν παρακολούθηση μαθημάτων σε ανώτερη σχολή ή ανώτατη σχολή εκπαίδευσης) με επιπλέον δαπάνη των εργαζομένων. Τα εξαρτώμενα μέλη καλύπτονται αποκλειστικά από την παροχή Ευρείας Νοσοκομειακής / Εξωνοσοκομειακής Περίθαλψης από Ατύχημα / Ασθένεια. Ρητά συμφωνείται ότι δεν εξαιρούνται προϋπάρχουσες καταστάσεις (συμπεριλαμβανομένης της μητρότητας), για όλους τους ασφαλιζόμενους (συμπεριλαμβανομένων των εξαρτώμενων μελών) που θα ενταχθούν στην ασφάλιση κατά τη σύναψη του ασφαλιστηρίου συμβολαίου. Ρητά συμφωνείται ότι θα εντάσσονται στην ασφάλιση και άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες είτε ως κυρίως ασφαλισμένοι είτε ως εξαρτώμενα μέλη (τα εξαρτώμενα μέλη μόνο από την παροχή της Ευρείας Νοσοκομειακής – Εξωνοσοκομειακής Περίθαλψης από Ατύχημα / Ασθένεια) αλλά θα εξαιρούνται οποιασδήποτε αποζημίωσης απορρέει από εκ γενετής αναπηρίες ή σωματικές βλάβες καθώς και συγγενείς παθήσεις αυτών.
