The Contractor shall provide all that is necessary for the delivery of the Services including personnel with appropriate skills, technical expertise and management expertise, appropriate tools, equipment, scaffolding, access to height, roof barriers, signage, vehicles (including MEWP's, hoists, etc…), consumables and all necessary head office infrastructure and management systems. The Contractor shall ensure the successful operation and optimum condition of all of SETU’s Building Roofs.
