ONTRAS unterliegt dem EnWG, aus diesem Grund sind für die Errichtung der technologischen Anlagen die Regeln des DVGW anzuwenden. Technische Parameter - Neubau: Durchflussmedium: Wasserstoff nach G 260, 5. Gasfamilie, Gruppe D; Gesamtleistung der Anlage: 570.000 m3/h i. N; Auslegungsdruck: DP 100; Die GDRMA ist mit 2 Regel- und Messschienen in DN 300/400 und optional auf 3 Schienen erweiterbar zu errichten. Für die Anlage ist eine Umhausung mittels Leichtbauhalle vorzusehen. Zugehörig zur Ausschreibung der GDRMA sind eine Eingangsleitung mit einer Länge von ca. 290 m (DN 500, DP 100) und eine Ausgangsleitung mit einer Länge von ca. 110 m (DN 600, DP 84) zu errichten. Für den Betrieb der GDRMA ist ebenso die erforderliche Infrastruktur zu schaffen. Das sind u. a. Automatisierungstechnik, Elektroenergieanlagen, Straßen und Entwässerung. Das Grundstück, auf dem die Anlage zu errichten ist, wird beigestellt. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist ein EPC-Vertrag zur Errichtung der Anlage in 2 Stufen: 1. Stufe: Planungsphase (Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) und Projektmanagement; Beauftragung mit Vertragsschluss) und 2. Stufe: Realisierungsphase (Detail Engineering, Beschaffung, Errichtung, Inbetriebnahme einschließlich Projektmanagement; Optionsrecht zugunsten des Auftraggebers).
