Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1. w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego: 1) opracowanie wielobranżowej dokumentacji projektowej (dalej jako Dokumentacja) obejmującej m.in.: a) Koncepcję projektową wielobranżową b) Projekt budowlany - Projekt zagospodarowania terenu, - Projekt architektoniczno-budowlany, - Projekty techniczne branż, c) Projekty wykonawcze wielobranżowe, d) Specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych, e) Przedmiary robót budowlanych f) Kosztorysy inwestorskie, 2) prowadzenie nadzoru autorskiego nad realizacją robót budowlanych w oparciu o przedmiotową dokumentację; 2. w zakresie zamówienia objętego opcją: wykonanie modelu 3D BIM – na zasadach wskazanych w OPZ.
