Clare for Brothers of Charity Services Ireland. It involves controlled demolition of the defective rear extension, chimney, external escape stair and part of the front porch, and the construction of a new two‑storey rear extension. Internally the layout will be reconfigured with replacement stairs and the floor level in the existing granny‑flat area raised to match the main house; openings will be widened, windows and doors replaced, and new roof‑light openings formed.
