Předmětem zakázky je novostavba obchvatu městské části Praha-Březiněves jako dvoupruhové směrově nerozdělené pozemní komunikace (silnice) v kategorii MS 9. Komunikace převádí dopravu východně od zastavěného území. Před a za zastavěným územím je komunikace napojena na současnou silnici II/243. Okružní křižovatka před zastavěným územím (ve směru od centra Prahy) je budována jako dočasná a v budoucnu bude spolu s částí úseku nahrazena přímým napojením na nově vybudovanou komunikaci D0 (Pražský okruh). Dílo, jehož provedení je předmětem zakázky, je rozděleno do následujících sekcí: ▪ Sekce TEMP: dočasná stavba Sekce TEMP je situována v úseku 0,0 – 0,450 km budoucí komunikace. Zadavatel předpokládá, že stavba v rozsahu sekce TEMP bude odstraněna v souvislosti s dostavbou D0 (zhotovitelem té části D0, která je se sekcí TEMP v kolizi), a to do 10 let od jejího dokončení, a následně nahrazena trvalou stavbou. ▪ Sekce PERM: trvalá stavba Sekce PERM je situována v úseku 0,450 km – konec řešeného úseku budoucí komunikace.
