Vanaf 1 juli 2026 wil de gemeente hiermee voorzien in een rechtmatige en beheersbare inhuurconstructie die voldoende flexibiliteit biedt om in te spelen op wisselende capaciteitsbehoeften en bijdraagt aan de continuïteit van haar dienstverlening.
