Eingangsgebäude, Umkleiden und Sanitärbereiche bleiben unberührt.Zwei neue Becken aus Edelstahl werden an neuem Standort und in höherer Lage auf dem Gelände erstellt. Ein neues Technikgebäude mit WU-Keller beherbergt die gesamte Technik für das Schwimmbad, einen Aufsichtsbereich und einen Umkleide- und Nassbereich für Behinderte. Das EG des Gebäudes wird gemauert und außen verputzt.
