The framework agreement for legal assistance with labour law shall be used if there is a need for legal assistance within the legal area of work law and natural adjoining legal areas. This will be relevant for difficult questions that require legal expertise, or if the Directorate of Fisheries has capacity challenges. Need for legal assistance can, for example, occur in connection with demanding personnel cases and legal disputes or appeals.
