Zamówienie realizowane jest w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, zatem składa się z dwóch podstawowych etapów: etapu projektowania i etapu realizacyjnego. Zamówienie obejmuje zaprojektowanie, instalację i uruchomienie systemu ITS oraz przebudowę geometrii wybranych skrzyżowań. Zamówienie obejmuje: -przebudowę oraz budowę sygnalizacji świetlnych na 39 skrzyżowaniach i przejściach dla pieszych, - dostosowanie sygnalizacji świetlnych na 39 skrzyżowaniach i przejściach dla pieszych do pracy w systemie ITS, - wdrożenie na 39 skrzyżowaniach i przejściach dla pieszych wyposażonych w sygnalizację świetlną priorytetów dla komunikacji zbiorowej, - dostawę i uruchomienie aplikacji informatycznej integrującej podsystemy ITS, - przebudowę geometrii skrzyżowań, - wyposażenie Centrum Sterowania Ruchem oraz serwerowni, - wykonanie sieci transmisji danych, - dostawę pojazdów elektrycznych.
