Stavba bude zahrnovat stavební úpravy 6 stávajících objektů, spojené se změnou užívání 5 objektů ubytoven/hotelů na bytové domy pro dostupné městské bydlení, součástí jsou dále stavební úpravy 1 objektu komunitního centra se služebnou městské policie; to vše včetně zateplení fasád a střech, spojené s výměnou oken a instalací předokenních rolet, bouracích prací, retenčních nádrží, užitkového vodovodu, ramp, schodišť, venkovních ploch, nových parkovacích stání. DPS bude vypracována v rozsahu nezbytném pro výběr zhotovitele stavby v zadávacím řízení. Součástí plnění bude rovněž vypracování soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr a kontrolního rozpočtu a s tím související spolupráce se zadavatelem při výběru dodavatele stavby – poskytnutí součinnosti v rámci zadávacího řízení na vlastní stavbu (zpracování odpovědí, vztahujících se k projektové dokumentaci v rámci vysvětlování zadávací dokumentace apod.).
