Verunreinigte Böden sind nicht vorhanden. Das Grundstück befindet sich im Besitz des DRK, die Baugenehmigung für den geplanten Neubau ist erteilt. Das Grundstück ist nach Süden in Richtung Oberreichenbach abfallend und muss entsprechend mit geeignetem Auffüllmaterial auf die geforderte Höhe aufgefüllt werden.
