The consulting is intended to analyze the existing organizational structure, systematically show its strengths and weaknesses, identify potential for improvement and, based on these results, develop several realistic and well-founded options for a future business structure and organization. Particular attention is paid to the specific requirements and special features of the two institutions, which affect FAIR as an international large-scale research infrastructure and GSI as a national Helmholtz Centre and operator of existing accelerator facilities.
