Diese städtische Immobilie wurde in den 1950er Jahren als Ledigenheim für das Gaskombinat Schwarze Pumpe, dem Vorgänger des Industriestandortes, errichtet und zuletzt als Gemeindeverwaltung und Arztpraxis genutzt.
