Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: dostawa sprzętu medycznego i wyposażenia na potrzeby opieki długoterminowej (zwanych dalej „przedmiotem dostawy”) dla Szpitalu Powiatu Bytowskiego wraz z montażem wyposażenia, instalacją urządzeń oraz szkoleniem personelu w zakresie jego obsługi. 4.2. Szczegółowe wymagania techniczne przedmiotu dostawy (graniczne) zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. UWAGA: Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do załączenia do oferty załącznika nr 1 do SWZ Parametrów technicznych z wypełnionymi wszystkimi pozycjami dotyczącymi oferowanych parametrów oferowanego przedmiotu dostawy. Wypełniony załącznik nr 1 stanowi Przedmiotowy środek dowodowy, jest on również dokumentem potrzebny w celu uzyskania punktów w kryterium jakość. 4.10.
