Der Gebäudekomplex ist eine zeilenartige, mehrfach abgeknickte 7- bis 14-geschossige Bebauung mit insgesamt 4 Aufgängen und besitzt keine Balkone. Aufgrund der Höhenstaffelung der Gebäudeteile und der vorhandenen Aufzugsmaschinenräume sind insgesamt 9 verschiedene Flachdächer vorhanden Die Gebäude sind bewohnt. Charakteristisch ist die Ausführung mit Anordnung der Wohnungen entlang dieser, an der Außenwand liegenden Verteilerflure.
