Kanalizační stoky budou rekonstruovány v celkové délce 978 m. Z toho bude rekonstruováno 79 m v profilu DN 600/900 771m v profilu DN 500/750, 97 m v profilu DN 400 a 31 m v profilu DN 300. Kanalizační stoky v délce cca 274 budou provedeny bezvýkopově, hornickým způsoben v ražené štole. Stávající kanalizační stoky budou vytěženy, případně zality cementopopílkovou směsí. Kanalizační přípojky budou vyměněny pod veřejným prostranstvím. Vodovodní řady budou rekonstruovány v celkové délce 1495 m. Z toho bude 714 m vodovodních řadů rekonstruováno v profilu DN 100, 619 m v profilu DN 150. 23 m v profilu DN 300 a 139 m v profilu DN 500. Vodovodní přípojky budou vyměněny v celkové délce 320 m. Po provedení prací na kanalizaci a vodovodu budou provedena obnova komunikačních ploch v souladu se studií „Zóna Jezuitská“ zpracovanou Kanceláři architekta města Brna.
