Vaunusarjan koko on 70 raitiovaunua. Hankinnan kohteena on MLNRV3 (Artic X34) -raitiovaunujen ovijärjestelmän varaosat: - Yksilehtinen ovi, oikea- ja vasenkätinen, yhteensä kaksi (2) per raitiovaunu - Kaksilehtinen ovi, palvelu- ja normaaliovi, yhteensä kolme (3) per raitiovaunu Varaosien arvioidut toimitusajankohdat ajoittuvat vuosille 2027–2030. Hankittavat ja osallistumispyynnössä eritellyt varaosat ovat määritetty vaunuvalmistajan huolto-ohjeissa ja varaosakirjassa. Soveltuvat huolto-ohjeet ja otteet varaosakirjasta lähetetään tarvittaessa Ehdokkaalle salassapitositoumusta vastaan. Turvallisen ja luotettavan operoinnin kannalta on olennaista, että raitiovaunujen kunnossapidossa käytetyt osat edustavat teknisiltä ominaisuuksiltaan alkuperäistä suunnittelua erityisesti osien yhteensopivuuden kannalta. Vuotuiset arvioidut toimitusmäärät: -noin 20 vaunun varaosat per vuosi Metropolitan Area Transport Ltd is inviting tenders for spare part supplies of the door system for the 700 000 km maintenance of the MLNRV3 (Artic X34) trams. The tram series has a total of 70 trams. The object of the procurement are the spare part supplies of the door system: - Single-leaf door, right- and left-handed, a total of two (2) per tram - Double-leaf door, service and normal door, a total of three (3) per tram The estimated time of delivery for the spare parts is between 2027 and 2030. The spare parts to be procured and specified in the request for participation are defined in the tram manufacture's maintenance manual and spare parts catalog. Appropriate maintenance manual and excerpts from the spare parts catalog will be sent to the Candidate upon request, subject to a confidentiality agreement. For safe and reliable operation, it is essential that the parts used in tram maintenance have the same technical characteristics as the original design, particularly in terms of part compatibility.
