Für diese wird ein Auftragnehmer gesucht, der mit qualifiziertem Personal die Aufgaben eines Brandschutzbeauftragten fachgerecht, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich übernimmt. In den genannten Unterkünften ist i. d. R. einmal jährlich eine Begehung sowie eine Kontrollbegehung durchzuführen. Hierzu ist ein Gutachten zu erstellen und dem Auftraggebers zuzuleiten.
