"Хале" 12, гр. Ямбол“; Обособена позиция № 2: „Оценка на съответствието на проектна документация и упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнение на „Инженеринг - проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор за обект: „Енергийно обновяване на многофамилнa жилищна сграда в ж.к. „Диана“ бл.16, гр. Ямбол“ по Програма „Развитие на регионите” 2021-2027 г., съфинансирана от Европейския съюз чрез Фонда за справедлив преход“; Обособена позиция № 3: „Оценка на съответствието на проектна документация и упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнение на „Инженеринг – проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор за обект „Енергийно обновяване на многофамилна жилищна сграда на ул. "Кабиле" 28, гр. Ямбол“ по Програма „Развитие на регионите” 2021-2027 г., съфинансирана от Европейския съюз чрез Фонда за справедлив преход“. Съгласно чл. 21, ал. 6 от ЗОП, Обособена позиция № 3 ще се възложи по реда на възлагане за индивидуалната ѝ прогнозна стойност, т. е. по реда на чл. 20, ал. 4, т. 3 от ЗОП – чрез директно възлагане. ВАЖНО: За обособена позиция № 3 участниците не следва да подават оферти. Към датата на обявяване на процедурата не е осигурено финансиране и същата се провежда при условията на чл.114 от ЗОП.
