Η παρούσα σύμβαση αφορά την παροχή υπηρεσιών μελετητή για την εκπόνηση ολοκληρωμένων μελετών αναβάθμισης, συντήρησης και διαμόρφωσης εσωτερικών χώρων κτηρίου, με στόχο τη λειτουργική, εργονομική και αισθητική αναβάθμιση του χώρου, σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες του Αναθέτοντος Φορέα. Οι Σύμβουλοι-Μελετητές θα αναλάβουν την ευθύνη για τη σύνταξη των αναγκαίων μελετών, οι οποίες θα αποτελέσουν τη βάση για προκήρυξη διαγωνισμού για την υλοποίηση των αναβαθμίσεων, προκειμένου να επιλεγούν οι ανάδοχοι που θα αναλάβουν την υλοποίηση των εργασιών αναβάθμισης.
