## About this tender

La présente consultation concerne des prestations de maîtrise d'oeuvre dans le cadre du projet de reconversion d'un hôtel en foyer de vie pour adultes en situation de handicap. Ce projet s'intègre dans un contexte où les caractéristiques de l'actuel foyer de vie, ne sont plus adaptées pour l'accueil de personnes en situation de handicap. La Fondation de Selves souhaite aujourd'hui aménager un foyer pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 22 résidents dans des chambres individuelles avec salle d'eau personnelle et terrasse privative et des locaux d'activités, de soin, et administratifs associés.
