Предметът на поръчката включва периодично повтарящи се доставки на лекарства по 53 обособени позиции по видове и количества, подробно описани в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1. Участникът може да подаде оферта за една, за няколко или за всички обособени позиции от Техническата спецификация. Участникът задължително трябва да оферира всички номенклатури, включени в обособената позиция за която участва когато е приложимо. Неоферирането на всички номенклатури включени в обособена позиция е основание за отстраняване от участие на офертата на участника за съответната обособена позиция от Техническата спецификация Обхватът на поръчката включва доставка до склад на Възложителя и разтоварване на доставеното по дадена заявка количество лекарства.
