Η παρούσα μελέτη αφορά μία μεικτή σύμβαση με πρωτεύον αντικείμενο την προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση προκατασκευασμένου κτιρίου Γυμνασίου (ΟΜΑΔΑ Α\_προμήθεια), ήτοι την επί τόπου συναρμολόγηση κτιρίου αποτελούμενου από προκατασκευασμένα φέροντα μεταλλικά στοιχεία, εδραζόμενου σε βάση οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος, μετά των απαραίτητων εργασιών διαμόρφωσης του περιβάλλοντος χώρου (ΟΜΑΔΑ Β\_έργο) για την κάλυψη της επείγουσας ανάγκης μεταφοράς του 7ου Γυμνασίου Γλυφάδας σε νέο κτίριο που να πληροί τις απαραίτητες προϋποθέσεις καταλληλότητας για τη λειτουργία του. Το 7ο Γυμνάσιο Γλυφάδας, από ιδρύσεως του (ΦΕΚ 584/Β/18-07-1996), στεγάζεται σε μισθωμένο τμήμα ισογείου, Α΄ και Β’ ορόφου του κτιρίου που βρίσκεται επί της οδού Αν. Ρωμυλίας 105 του Δήμου Γλυφάδας.
