Isporuka robe se vrši sukcesivno, prema dinamici koja se utvrđuje zahtjevima za isporuku Naručitelja i dostavlja na mjesto isporuke u roku, naznačenom na zahtjevu za isporuku, a najkasnije do 3 kalendarska dana, od dana zahtjeva za isporuku. U krajnjem roku izvršenja moraju biti izvršene sve ugovorne obveze Ugovaratelja. Početak isporuke je određen Ugovorom o javnoj nabavi. Naručitelj ima sklopljene Ugovore za nabavu predmetne robe. Njihovim istekom započinje isporuka po Ugovorima koji će se sklopiti temeljem ovog postupka javne nabave. Početak izvršenja Ugovora: 13.1.2026. godine (Grupa 1. Voće i povrće i Grupa 10. Kruh i pekarski proizvodi), 2.1.2026. godine (Grupa 3. Čajevi, začini i razni prehrambeni proizvodi) 27.12.2025. godine (sve preostale grupe). Rok izvršenja Ugovora: 31.3.2027. godine. Količina predmeta nabave je okvirna, utvrđena Troškovnikom, po procijenjenim količinama te će se nabavljati sukcesivno, prema dinamici utvrđenoj zahtjevima za isporuku Naručitelja. Naručitelj će kupovati robu prema svojim stvarnim potrebama te nije obvezan kupiti cjelokupnu okvirnu količinu navedenu u Troškovniku. Stvarno nabavljena količina predmeta nabave, na temelju sklopljenog Ugovora, može biti veća ili manja od okvirne količine, sukladno Naručiteljevim potrebama i osiguranim financijskim sredstvima.
