L'opération totale comporte 23 lots. Cependant, le lot 23 a fait l'objet d'une consultation séparée Les lots 3-4 et 10 ont été déclarés infructueux à la suite de la procédure initiale. Par conséquent, il a été décidé de les relancer selon les dispositions des articles Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique Les travaux de rénovation et de reconstruction du collège Centre de Gap consistent : - Désamiantage et démolition de bâtiments vétustes et peu adaptés (700 m² environ) - Restructuration légère dans le lycée (700 m²) - Restructuration lourde Collège et GRETA (2 000 m²) - Construction neuve (2 300 m²) - Réhabilitation espaces extérieurs (5 500 m²) - Réhabilitation structurelle, thermique enveloppe et réseaux - Mise aux normes PMR Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires
