Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: budowę budynku biurowego wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną, zagospodarowaniem terenu, zielenią, budową stacji transformatorowej i wyposażeniem obiektu w oparciu o adaptację istniejącej żelbetowej konstrukcji nieukończonego budynku szkół municypalnych w Tychach przy al. Marszałka Piłsudskiego wraz z wykonaniem niezbędnych robót tymczasowych i towarzyszących. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje także uzyskanie decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie oraz utrzymanie zieleni przez okres 12-tu miesięcy od dnia podpisania końcowego protokołu odbioru robót oraz 6 miesięczną obsługę optymalizacji i szkolenia operatora obsługi urządzeń grzewczych, wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych.
