Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen. Der Leistungszeitraum beginnt am 01.03.2026 und endet am 29.02.2028, mit der Option auf 2-malige Verlängerung um ein Jahr, bis max. 28.02.2030. Der Vertrag endet, wenn das in den Vergabeunterlagen genannte Gesamtkontingent erreicht ist auch vor Ablauf der o.g. Frist. Die Preisbindung ist jeweils auf 6 Monate beschränkt. Für die Laufzeit vom 01.03.2026 bis 31.08.2026 gilt der Angebotspreis aus der Ausschreibung.
