Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor: 16 Autoritatea contractanta va transmite raspunsul la clarificari in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
