## About this tender

Projektet omfatter nyopførelsen af 40 almene boliger. I udbudsmaterialets dispositionsforslag fremgår det, hvordan principperne for bebyggelsens disponering er tænkt, således der opnås forskellige uderum og sociale mødesteder. Det i udbuddet vedlagte dispositionsforslag er baseret på 5 boligtyper og de bydende kan lade sig inspirere af dispositionsforslaget, jf. pkt. 1.4. i Byggeprogrammet. Udbuddet gennemføres prismæssigt som ”omvendt licitation”, hvor den faste tilbudspris er fortrykt på tilbudslistens forside. Tilbudsprojektets pris må ikke overstige en udgift på kr. 67 mio. inklusive moms.
