## About this tender

De opdracht omvat primair het uitvoeren van alle preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de werktuigbouwkundige installaties (verwarming, koeling, ventilatie, sanitaire installaties, warmtapwaterinstallaties en overige gebouwgebonden werktuigbouwkundige installaties) van een viertal locaties van Regio Gooi & Vechtstreek. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht het beheer en actualiseren van het MJOP, het opstellen van rapportage en de storingsafhandeling. Opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van preventief en correctie onderhoud aan de werktuigbouwkundige installaties van diverse locaties van de Regio Gooi en Vechtstreek en daarnaast het actualiseren en bijhouden van het Meerjarig Onderhoudsplan (MJOP). Op basis van historische gegevens en de huidige inzichten is voor komende jaren de volgende budgettering opgesteld: - Verwachten kosten preventief onderhoud circa € 46.000 per jaar - Verwachten kosten correctief onderhoud circa € 15.000 per jaar - Vervangingsinvesteringen - De onvoorspelbare uitbreidingen en aanpassingen
