Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι η ανάθεση υπηρεσιών οργάνωσης και λειτουργίας Γραφείου Υποδοχής Αιτημάτων (Help Desk) 1ου και 2ου επιπέδου, προκειμένου να παρέχεται απομακρυσμένη υποστήριξη σε χρήστες B2B & B2C της πλατφόρμας hh.gr, καθώς και σε λοιπούς χρήστες των ψηφιακών υπηρεσιών που παραδίδονται στο πλαίσιο του έργου SUB 5: «Ανάπτυξη & Εφαρμογή Ψηφιακών Διαδραστικών Υπηρεσιών και Περιεχομένου για τη βελτίωση της εμπειρίας του επισκέπτη σε Αρχαιολογικούς Χώρους, Μουσεία, Μνημεία και Ιστορικούς Τόπους με τη χρήση Καινοτόμων Τεχνολογιών και Ανοιχτών Συστημάτων», με κωδικό ΟΠΣ (MIS) 5214489, του Ταμείου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας.
