Zamawiający zgodnie z art. 91 ust.1 ustawy Pzp dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych z podziałem na dwie części jak poniżej: 1) Część I – Wdrożenie oprogramowania na potrzeby uruchomienia e-usług wraz z dostawą niezbędnego sprzętu, w skład którego wchodzą następujące elementy zamówienia: a. Modernizacje systemów dziedzinowych i ich integracje z portalem e-usług oraz obiegiem dokumentów - m. Puławy. b. Wdrożenie system e-Rekrutacji wraz z integracją dla 9 szkół - m. Puławy. c. Wdrożenie systemu elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów – EZD RP w UM Puławy. d. Wdrożenie w jednostkach podległych (w ramach infrastruktury Urzędu Miasta) systemu elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów – EZD RP. e. Wdrożenie systemu GIS wraz z zasileniem danymi geoprzestrzennymi Miasta oraz uruchomieniem e-usług. f. Cyfryzacja planów - migracja, dostosowanie. g. Stworzenie wspólnego portalu ZIT. h. Dostawa niezbędnego sprzętu serwerowego i oprogramowania: 2 szt. serwerów, 2 szt. macierzy dyskowych, 2 szt. przełączników FC, 1 szt. oprogramowania do wirtualizacji, 1 szt. oprogramowania do wykonywania kopii. 2) Część II – Dostawa niezbędnego sprzętu i oprogramowania biurowego dla użytkowników końcowych, w skład którego wchodzą następujące elementy zamówienia: 16 szt. czytników kodów kreskowych, 16 szt. drukarek kodów kreskowych, 16 szt. skanerów, 45 szt. komputerów typu AiO wraz z OS, 40 szt. pakietów biurowych.
