Der Auftragnehmer wird beauftragt, die Grundleistungen der Bauphysik (Wärmeschutz, Bauakustik und Raumakustik) gemäß Anlage 1, HOAI 2021 (Leistungsphasen 1 bis 7) sowie die vereinbarten besonderen Leistungen (z.B.
