V případě naplnění podmínek dle § 133 odst. 2 ZZVZ je zadavatel oprávněn uzavřít Rámcovou dohodu i s menším počtem účastníků. Na základě Rámcové dohody bude zadavatel zadávat vybraným dodavatelům jednotlivé dílčí zakázky na poskytnutí služeb spočívajících v provádění dozoru stavebníka, včetně výkonu koordinátora BOZP a včetně související technické pomoci a dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele na stavbách pozemních komunikací realizovaných na základě smluvních podmínek FIDIC červená nebo žlutá kniha s předpokládanou hodnotou stavebních nákladů zpravidla přesahující 1,5 mld.
