Entre Brüggmoos et Lyss-Nord, une bande d’arrêt d’urgence continue des deux côtés, compatible avec une future extension PUN, doit être réalisée. Il convient également d’examiner la possibilité de transformer le raccordement de Studen en un raccordement complet. Entre Lyss-Nord et Lyss-Sud, la « zone verte centrale » doit être supprimée et les bandes d’arrêt d’urgence existantes élargies. Divers ouvrages d’art doivent être remplacés. Un nouveau système d’évacuation des eaux, avec une installation de traitement SABA, permettra de traiter et d’évacuer les eaux de chaussée conformément aux exigences environnementales. Les installations BSA doivent être entièrement renouvelées. Au préalable, les couvercles de regard existants des systèmes d’évacuation et des installations BSA doivent être remplacés.
