Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: 2.1. Szczegółowe obowiązki Inwestora Zastępczego zostają uregulowane w załączniku nr 5 do SWZ (wzór umowy) oraz w załączniku nr 8 do SWZ (Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia). 2.2. Podczas nadzoru nad realizacją inwestycji cała komunikacja z Wykonawcą będzie przechodziła przez Inwestora Zastępczego, w celu uniknięcie nieporozumień. 3.
