Op de locatie Huis ter Heide-West (ook: Huis aan de Bosrand) wil de gemeente minimaal 75 en maximaal 82 woningen laten realiseren als onderdeel van een natuurinclusieve woonbuurt in een hoogwaardige, bosachtige omgeving. Met deze tender beoogt de gemeente een aantoonbaar geschikte wederpartij te selecteren om een koop- ontwikkel- en realisatieovereenkomst (verder ook: overeenkomst) mee aan te gaan. Deze overeenkomst is gericht op de verkoop van de grond en het daarmee laten realiseren van een ontwikkeling die volledig en onvoorwaardelijk aan de voor het plangebied vigerende eisen voldoet en maximaal tegemoet komt aan de ambities van de gemeente.
