Types of works: 1) Annual Large-scale shutdown works 2) Fortnightly shutdown works 3) Hourly rate works related to projects An example of the type of work involved is listed but not limited to the table below. The scope is designed to be comprehensive to cover potential future needs. For individual tasks, suppliers are only expected to perform the parts relevant to them. No. Maintenance Activity Performance Characteristics 1. Routine Maintenance General basic maintenance services to mechanical plant + equipment Activities that are conducted while equipment and systems are in service these are predictable and can be scheduled. Generally, these are the activities scheduled on a time-based schedule derived from preventive or predictive maintenance strategies. Some examples are visual inspections, cleaning, functional tests, and measurement of operating quantities, lubrication and oil tests. 2.
