Ausschreibungsgegenstand (Verhandlungsverfahren zum Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung) sind die dafür erforderlichen Generalplanungsleistungen für Elektrotechnik und Bautechnik für die gesamte Kabelanlage (Kabelanlage inkl. Kabelübergangsstationen und/oder Integration in ein Schalt- oder Umspannwerk).Leistungsziele sind die Festlegung der technischen Rahmenbedingungen der Kabelanlage in Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber (AG), die Erstellung der technischen Einreichunterlagen für die Einholung der erforderlichen Bewilligungen (die Kabelanlage ist Teil eines UVP pflichtigen Vorhabens) und die Bauprojekts- bzw. Detailplanung inkl.
