De dienstverlener levert een bijdrage aan de bouwkundige kwaliteit van projecten en ondersteunt bij inhoudelijke en financiële controle. Scope van de opdracht De opdracht omvat onder andere: • Bouwkundig en constructief advies • Actualisatie van het Meerjaren Onderhoudsplan (MJOP) • Begeleiding van projecten zoals: • Vluchtplannen • Schilderwerken • Straatwerken • Tekenwerk en bouwaanvragen • Bouwkundige onderzoeken en voorbereidingen • Opstellen van bestekken voor diverse projecten Locatie De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op diverse locaties van ROC Midden Nederland. De omvang van de opdracht is afhankelijk van de feitelijke behoefte van ROC Midden Nederland gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst. De toekomstige omvang kan op dit moment niet exact worden vastgesteld. Ter indicatie: in de afgelopen vier (4) jaar is voor vergelijkbare werkzaamheden en/of leveringen een totaalbedrag van circa € 600.000 (exclusief BTW) besteed. Aan deze indicatie kunnen door inschrijvers geen rechten worden ontleend; het betreft uitsluitend een inschatting op basis van historische gegevens. De aanbestedende dienst behoudt zich het recht voor dat de feitelijke afname gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst hoger of lager kan uitvallen dan in voorgaande jaren, afhankelijk van de behoefte, budgettaire mogelijkheden en beleidsmatige ontwikkelingen binnen ROC Midden Nederland.
