Het huidige gemengde rioolstelsel wordt vervangen door een gescheiden stelsel met infiltratievoorzieningen. Gelijktijdig wordt de bovengrondse inrichting opnieuw aangebracht en de openbare ruimte heringericht als 30km/u zone. De Lindelaan wordt ingericht als een doorfietsroute. Het gebied krijgt een aantrekkelijke inrichting met meer ruimte voor fietsers, voetgangers en groen. De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd in enkele (smalle) woonstraten met waardevolle (particuliere) bomen. Het voorkomen van schade aan bomen, het informeren van de omgeving en gebruikers en bereikbaarheid voor zowel bedrijven als bewoners inclusief parkeren zijn belangrijke doelen. Het werk bestaat in hoofdzaak uit de volgende werkzaamheden: a. ca. 20.500 m2 bestratingswerkzaamheden b.
