Hlavní změnou je zrušení 1.PP, kde měla být veškerá technologie zařízení provozu budovy a v podstatě přesun tohoto podlaží v upravené podobě do 1. NP. Druhou změnou je úplné zrušení vrchního patra, tedy 5.NP. Jedná se o celkové zmenšení novostavby o dvě podlaží.
