La transformation s’effectue en étroite coordination avec le projet UeLS-CH GE V (UeLS et AR, y compris la plateforme de virtualisation en configuration de base par section EES), ainsi qu’avec les projets de maintenance parallèles (EP) dans certains section EES (renouvellement du niveau terrain). La coordination avec ces projets relève de la responsabilité du PV VIDEO-CH GE V. Le projet comprend également la séparation des infrastructures des systèmes vidéo de la Confédération (GE V) et de celles du canton des Grisons (GR). Les prestations d’ingénierie à fournir concernent la planification et la direction des travaux EES pour les phases ASTRA de planification, d’appel d’offres et de réalisation (phases 32 à 53 conformément aux normes SIA 108/112). Un équipe de projet interdisciplinaire est recherchée, couvrant toutes les disciplines requises au sens d’un mandataire général, nécessaires à la réalisation de la mission définie dans le concept général VIDEO-CH GE V. Pour la description détaillée des prestations, il est fait référence aux documents d’appel d’offres. Le maître d’ouvrage estime le volume total d’heures nécessaire à l’exécution du mandat à 7'200 heures (prestations de base). Le nombre d’heures indiqué représente le plafond maximal disponible pour la réalisation des prestations demandées dans le cadre du présent appel d’offres.
