Magnet JQS is operated by Offshore Qualific, [offshorequalific.no/en](https://offshorequalific.no/en/), an organisation by and for the energy industry, with purpose to make provision for supplier qualification processes and standardised auditing services which promote safe and effective operations in the energy industry. The Buyer organisations and all operators use Magnet JQS for selection for contracts and framework agreements subject to EU procurement rules, but reserve the right to publish individual notices for special requirements where they find it necessary, even if they apply the product and service categories covered by Magnet JQS. Magnet JQS can be used for contracts that are not subject to the EU procurement rules. Enquiries may be sent by direct contact from the buyer organisation or operator.
