Die Gebäude, errichtet in den Jahren 1954, befinden sich im Münchner Stadtteil Bogenhausen an folgenden Adressen: Barbarossastr. 20,22 + 24,26 Insgesamt sind 24 Mieteinheiten vorhanden. Die vermietbare Fläche beträgt rund 1.394m² Wohnfläche. Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, durch eine umfassende energetische Sanierung den Effizienzhausstandard EH 55 oder EH 70 zu erreichen. Dies soll zur Reduktion des CO-Ausstoßes, zur Verbesserung der energetischen Qualität und zur langfristigen Kostenersparnis für die Bewohnerschaft führen. Die Umsetzung erfolgt im bewohnten Zustand. Im Rahmen der energetischen Modernisierung des Projekts Bogenhausen 2.BA wird eine Erneuerung und Modernisierung der Elektroinstallation in Teilbereichen des Gebäudebestands durchgeführt.
